Order Cancellations
We understand that plans can change.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not entered production or been shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. While we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once production or fulfillment has begun.
30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All original tags and packaging must be included, if applicable.

Proof of purchase or your order confirmation is required.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

We will review your request promptly and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account after processing.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or wish to exchange an item, please contact us. We will gladly assist you based on product availability.
